MRZ Plumbing's warranty department plays a fantastic role in keeping our companies reputation at a high level. We understand that as a new homeowner, buying a home can be stressful at times, and that the last thing you really want to deal with is a warranty call for any issue. We want our customers to know that we care when it comes to our warranty policy, our service department thrives on taking care of customers by offering courtesy, an understanding of the problem, and a prompt arrival in solving it. The goal is to take care of the problem within a 48 hour period, and to meet your schedule as convenient for you as possible.

We also offer services outside of warranty calls. The services including provision and installations of watersoftner and reverse osmosis drinking systems, fixture upgrades, gas drop additions, repair and replacement of fixtures and appliances. 1. What constitutes an emergency call?

a. anytime you have a major water leak
b. anytime you have a main sewer stoppage
c. anytime you have a L.P. or natural gas leak

2. What kinds of services are warranted?

a. all plumbing fixtures are warranted for a total of 1 year
b. all concealed plumbing is warranted for a total of 2 years

i. piping in walls, piping in attic, piping in slab
ii. yard water services

3. What kinds of services are not warranted?

a. anytime the problem is caused by an unnatural act, not directly associated with installation of standard labor or materials
b. any sewer or plumbing stoppage within your drainage system 30 days after closing your home
