Manabloc Vanguard Installations:

There are several advantages in using the Manabloc Vanguard product over other water distribution systems. The system is designed to distribute hot water faster than other methods of water piping, doing so by having a designated line to each fixture from the manabloc.

By having the direct line to each fixture, the number of connections on the pipes are reduced to a minimum. The number of standard connections throughout most housing projects verses the manabloc system are reduced by as much as 60%, where as copper, and other non-manafold related products have many undesired connections throughout the system, therefore increasing the possibility of water leaks.

The system is plumbed overhead, eliminating the possibility of having a waterline slab leak, which can damage a concrete slab causing very costly repairs. The service line is sleeved coming into the house, to keep the line protected as well as, making the pipe accessible for any replacements if ever necessary.

We group the lines together in the attic whenever possible to isolate the lines into a trunk line to keep any possible damage to the piping to a minimum.
